The Company is the user and owns the profile to GCL Social. The Company can designate a person or person(s) to act as the administrator of the Company profile and act on behalf of the company when using GCL Social. If an administrator of the Company profile leaves the organization, the Company may change the user email for a new authorized individual to take over the company account.
Members who do not meet the criteria below will be immediately removed and will not receive a refund:
U.S.-based with corporate headquarters in the U.S.
Administrators managing the user profile on behalf of the company must be based in the U.S.
No Vendors and/or sales allowed
Must be a verified Federal Contractor for the United States with a SAMS Entity ID
Must be in good standing
All members will be automatically billed monthly for the user subscription(s). Companies may create more than one subscription for different business divisions within their same organization.
Members are required to treat all other members with care, respect and confidentiality. Reports of abuse will result in a suspension of the account. This is a professional site with the opportunity to build business connections and any activity that is inciteful, harmful or explicit will be removed and the user will be banned.
Privacy
All member information is kept confidential and secure; it is not used for any other purpose other than maintaining your GCL Social account.
